Attack: Disable this Upgrade, place 2 DT on it, and spend your Concentrate Token to place the Burst Token anywhere within Range 1 - 3 of your forward arc. The Burst Token receives the Continuous Effect below.

Continuous Effect: All flying Creatures who are touching or within Range 1 - 2 of the Burst Token must immediately begin Swooping. All Creatures except for Driders and Spiders who are within Range 1 - 2 of the Burst Token cannot perform Actions, change altitude, or choose a Maneuver with a number greater than “1”.
