At the end of the Planning Phase, after all Creatures have chosen their Maneuvers, you may discard this card to peek at one enemy Creature's Maneuver Dial, and then change your Maneuver Dial. No other Creature may change their Maneuver Dial afterwards (see exception below).

If both you and an enemy Brass Dragon are considering whether or not to activate "Shrewd" at the same time, then the Dragon with the lower Level must decide whether or not to activate his Upgrade first. The higher level Dragon may activate his Upgrade after the other Dragon has made his decision and / or activated his Upgrade.

Must be a Brass Dragon to equip.
